R&K Darling Black and Blue Lace Evening Dress

Removeable belt that can be adjusted. Black scoop neck tank top, black skirt with a blue lace overlay. The bottom half is layred to give it body. Zipper back. Super sweet. Mid length. I felt that this ran a bit small, so I'd say between a 10-11 would fit this perfectly.
