REVERSIBLE 'EASTERN COLLECTION' BLACK & RED ORIENTAL CHINESE JACKET VELVET/SILK?

Lovely jacket with Oriental frog closure, Mandarin collar and patch pockets. There is a label inside the pocket on the black side – Eastern Collection and L. I am not completely sure of the fabric type but the black side has a very soft velvety feel and the highly designed red side feels like silk. This jacket appears to have never been worn and still has slight creasing where it was folded as new.
