They come directly from Saks Fifth Avenue. I do not source them from anywhere else. When shoes are returned or moved to Saks Off Fifth, the dustbags are removed from the boxes, and I am the one who acquires them. Because they are made by different manufacturers, there may be slight variations between dustbags, but they are all authentic. I’ve never had any issues with authenticity before, this is the first time it’s been questioned.
