New, but top of package has been opened to identify which character is inside. The figure has not been put together, or played with. Parts only taken out for picture, photo of item assembled is stock photo. Chili Costume Fan Minifigure is dressed in a large chilli costume, and comes with a carton of milk as an accessory. The torso has a graphic of a flaming chilli on it, and she also comes with a red hairpiece.
