I bought these from another Posher...but they are too big. I typically wear 6.5/7...but could not resist. There are signs of wear, as seen in pics, but there are no stains on the design cloth of the shoes!! There is still a lot of life in these shoes..especially at the price!!

lkueper @melessia NP..but it is @lkueper .. not an "i" lol The most wear is the "coach" on back heel of shoe, and the inside heel area of shoe. The inside is not noticeable at all on, and the position of the word on heel makes it pretty much unnoticeable.

lkueper @jakeamom12 Absolutely...I always ship immediately..and I always mark on PM! Mine end shows shipped. When I keyed in track #... It just says electronic shipping info received...Feb 3, 2013 (which makes since ...that was Sunday..and I mailed Saturday before 11:30! I am emailing PM right now...sorry for confusion!!😧

lkueper @jakeamom12 They showed they had not received...so I went back with my receipt. It turns out PM had sent two different labels for the same customer - so the wrong one got attached to your package. I am still waiting to hear back from PM. I contacted the other Posher..however, she claims she has not received...even though the tracking number shows delivery to her house. Again...I am SO sorry! I have never had this happen before. I will continue to try and straighten out..and will update you as I get more info...😞👎

lkueper @jakeamom12 I still have not heard back from PM. I just sent a new email ... expressing my discontent with the fact I have not heard back. Hopefully that will get their attention...I will keep you informed! 😞

jakeamom12 @lkueper I know they keep sending me an email saying give them another 48 hrs, that they are very busy!! I've heard people complain they are awful to get thing resolved! Maybe if we threaten to close our closets they will respond !! LOL

lkueper @jakeamom12 lol...unfortunately when they get this big..they tend to lose concern over lost users!!! However, I did start this email expressing the reputation they have developed, as well as referencing that I thought these were the situations that justified their 20%?!?!

jakeamom12 I also expressed my opinion !!! That's what they get the 20% fit to insure we get our packages as well as priority mail has a guarantee!!! They will get here eventually!!!

lkueper @jakeamom12 Actually..remember, an extra postage label for another Posher, got attached to your package. Both mailing labels show delivered to that Poshers address. However, she claims she did not get your package. I feel very confident she received, but is denying. Otherwise, package would have been returned to Poshmark.

jakeamom12 I got a response from Poshmark that states: our records indicate that USPS as notified a label was created for order but we currently have no record it was shipped. We also checked and didn't see any recent emails from your seller regarding this order. Have you received another buyers order and if so can you file an item not as described case so that we can see what items you accidentally received? WHAT???????? I am at a loss !!!!

jakeamom12 Apparently when I purchased it generated the shipping label and tracking number so USPS and posh can track it! That's why I never got an email from posh saying it was shipped!! I just hope they don't take their time fixing it! Right now both of us are out money and its not fair of them to drag their heels!

lkueper @pjill I would appreciate your help...as the post office still confirms delivery to your address. With the label having your address, they said if it didn't show delivered...then it would have been sent to Poshmark ..as they are listed as the return address. The person purchasing is very disappointed, as these items were for her daughter.

People work SO hard to come up with the next best thing...then when it happens...they lose their brains!!! I don't even know what to do at this point?!?! jakeamom12 I know!! She needs to hire more staff including telephone staff that can help resolve problems and so we can talk to a live person. I just sent her an email and cc'd it to you. I have no idea what to do all I know is that I bought a pair of shoes for a dishonest person who didn't have the decency to forward it on to the rightful owner when it was delivered to her by accident and you're out $$$$!!!!
