@flsmithjr1 I have a petite head and I just tried it on. It fits snug. The adjusters are pulled a bit as they were when it arrived from company. It does not have a size tag on it. It was ordered from company so it is new. I only purchase petite or average wigs brand-new. Hope this answers your question.
