@melissa_meli once in a while people will ask me to measure the length and I’m not really a fan of doing that because it’s hard to measure when you have a heel and then when you have the foot strap in the middle, it really makes it hard to get an accurate dimension. In my opinion, in this particular brand, some shoes can run true to size and some on the smaller side and when I purchase sandals that have the crystals around the perimeter of the toe,

I personally like to go up half a size so that my toes don’t touch the crystals, but it is personal preference. For example, I’m normally a 37.5 and I typically take a size 38 because I want the crystals to show around the perimeter and I don’t like the feeling of my toes, touching the crystals. So if you normally take a 38.5 the 39 would most likely be a good choice to show the crystals. I don’t know your foot so it’s hard for me to give advice. I can only share my experience.
