This listing is for the maroon skirt and the top pictured here. It was worn for one event. It's Amazon listing has it at 40" long and the elastic waist goes from 30-52". Cotton. I have the smallest size skirt. The top I am giving away for free with the skirt (not the same as the Amazon listing). It's one long piece of fabric that one just ties on however they want! The tag says dry clean only, but it's cotton. I have washed/dried as normal just fine.
