Great little vest for running/hiking/adventuring! The main pack has an external pocket for layers, a main internal pocket with two smaller mesh pockets and a key clip, and a reservoir pocket. Front straps each have two pockets for gels/snacks/soft flasks, and have bungies and clips to hold any reservoir or soft flask straws. Many straps for adjusting size. Reservoir not included. Lots of life left and no noticeable use, just got a larger pack for longer runs
