REI Women’a Rain Jacket

REI brand, size small. Still holds up well in the rain, has been cared for well. Wouldn’t hurt to re-waterproof. Shoulder to bottom of coat is 31 inches. 17 across the chest. Arm length is 24 inches from shoulder to cuff. In great shape, all zippers functional. One small tiny tear in the fabric near the very bottom, see photo. Does not impact functionality.
