These are so sweet! They are Maggie Sweet, a line from HSN, and I have somewhere in all the stuff I need to list multiple clothing pieces from this line. The uppers are all suede, with the rosette sitting on top of a pleated toe. The leaves of the rose are a lt. beige suede. The wedge is wrapped with beige rope, with a 3" heel height. Yet again, NWOT, never worn.

joanwyoung @ceemarie07 They're blue with light beige leaves, just like the green ones you liked. I'm not sure why these photographed so yellow. I'll pull them out when I look for the green ones so I can take a pic of them side by side. Thanks again for looking!
