REDUCED!! Black Jane Norman Cocktail Dress

This black evening/cocktail dress is beautiful. It's made by Jean Norman- a British line. It's a BRITISH size 8, which is equivalent to a size 0 here in America. The dress is satiny with floral embellishments. The top part of the back is cut out and covered with a sheer material. It is a very fitted dress. It is absolutely lovely and I wore it only once to the London Opera House.
