Cool style, these are striped, high waisted vintage Levi’s by redone. The bottoms have black spots, maybe paint? Not sure, they came that way. Random distressing or stains is normal with the brand since they used vintage jeans. Size 27. One belt loop in back has become unstitched, see last pic.
