Can you give the chest measurement and where the waist line hits? Is it stretchy?

@glane310 yes it has elasticized panels on both sides so it’s very stretchy. The chest is 16” across unstretched. It’s approximately 24” long and the peplum seam hits at 16.5” down from the top.
