REBA TIERED PEASANT SKIRT NWOT

Beautiful Tiered Skirt and light as a feather. Fully lined. Flat panel front at waist with wide elastic band on back half. 40” in total length Waist 16” lying flat. It never has been worn. Unfortunately removed tags thinking I would wear it but never did. My work environment is just not suitable. I work in chemicals selling to oily grimy maintenance depts. when preparing for posting I noticed about a 2 inch area at the back waistband where the serger didn’t pick up. This would be easy to fix and be as good as brand new. See last pic. It was not damaged with wear. Came like this but missed. Easy to miss due to the raw hems at ruffled tiers. Also raw hem on bottom. Pricing reflects minor flaw. This skirt would retail around $100.
