Louis Reard inventor of Bikini unveiled on July 5, 1946 in Paris. French Reard Blue 2 piece bathing suit. From 2017 REARD ABSOLUE collection. Bottom is a high waisted style with ties on sides to make more of a bikini, see photos for measurements. Top is Hatter Halter Bikini with soft cups.
