Vintage Citizens of humanity Ingrid low waisted flair size 27, which fit like a size 26. Ended up being too small, so I am reselling because I can't wear them. In excellent condition, see pics. These are super low waisted because they are from the early 2000's so if you are looking for the low waisted jeans they sell now (which are not low waisted but more mid waisted) these are not like the newer ones.
