eggl16 More people need to see this! Had a lady recently who gave me 1 star because the cashmere beanie she ordered was “more of a pale pink than grayish pink.” Didn’t ask to send it back or anything, just left a horrible review and kept the item 😾

I’m hoping most of my future buyers will see this before they buy. 🌺 I had almost the same happen but she was a little kinder. I’ve heard some crazy stories of buyers reviewing items for non valid unethical reasons. aprilmicheller preach!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 i had someone give me 1 star for wrapping a makeup kit with too much tape... 🙃 wrapped it in layers of protective foam so it wouldn’t break while shipping and the buyer complained about too much tape.😩 haha

simplycassandra @aprilmicheller 💕 we try to give our buyers a great experience by wrapping things well with protection, and giving them measurements, many details, and lots of pretty photos that take time to do, and there are that tiny few that don’t appreciate it. I’m sorry that happened. I hope you were able to dispute it. 💞 Keep your head up and keep up the good work. At least most of our buyers appreciate it. And the ones who don’t we have this displayed

bdylan56 Thank you for your post about feedback, sometimes I feel it’s just me lol. Just received a 4 star rating on a handbag that the buyer said was like new, immaculate, well packaged, a great deal, and it arrived in a day, but...smaller than she expected. And, I had the exact measurements posted in the listing! How about clean, well packaged, promptly shipped items that people don’t even have the courtesy to accept, let alone rate? Common courtesy would be great.
