getgoalden @jozettecerise - I've had a case against me that was ruled in my favor. I saw a similar post to this in someone else's closet so I made my own. Smart to protect yourself against dishonest people!

britt_2294 Wow thanks for the heads up never even thought of this I've had issues on eBay with buyers trying to discredit my product because they had buyers remorse and just stopped using EBay altogether because of people failing to pay

lizpink13 Hi there .this is a great idea to show what you send if someone tries to say it was damaged but there is no help for buyers remorse though .I started in august on posh and have at least 60 or more 5 stars .but had 2 others that gave me a bad rating for no reason .1 said she never received it even though there was proof she got it in 48 hours and the other left me a bad rating because she quote didn't know what to wear with it lol. I wish we could do something about those situations too :)

getgoalden @lizpink13 omg, ridiculous. Poshmark should try to filter those reviews out. Someone once gave me low stars because my description could have been more descriptive...even though they bought it with that description!

dreama_anderson @getgoalden I had the same thing happen! No questions were asked, but then they complained! I told Posh that is just crazy...if you aren't comfortable with a listing's description- why are you buying?! I think he was just mad because he kept trying to lowball me and finally bought it when I put it on sale...

poshhedgie @getgoalden I got 1 & 2 stars before for the PRICE! Because I FORCED them to buy it....as well as held a gun to their head to accept my counter-offer! 🙄. (Insert eyeroll) I’ve been videotaping since eBay a LONG time ago! You’re the first I’ve seen or heard of that does it too! Yay! 👍😊✅

getgoalden @jackieotoys people are definitely nuts. One person switched the shirt I sent for one that looked like it was run over by a car. She had the exact shirt and size so she obviously planned it from the beginning. So shady.

poshhedgie @getgoalden yeah, that’s why we video-tape. I also attach my own tags (BIG tags) to clothing, in really obvious places that can’t be hidden so they can wear it once or pull the bait & switch. The tag says, “this tag must be attached to return item”. They don’t know I do that til they get the item, probably pisses off the scammers royally.... but that’s my goal! 😊 all U need is a plastic tag tagging gun.

getgoalden @theparistexas there are no returns on poshmark — one person claimed what I sent broke (makeup) or in one case someone had the exact tank I had but hers looked like it had been run over by a dusty bike multiple times —she tried to claim I sent something that didn’t look like the picture and without my video it would’ve been her word against mine. I would’ve lost the shirt and the money because poshmark would’ve ruled in her favor.

rougexsmooch Wow this is a good idea. I’m just starting out and am worried about cases opening up stating false claims after reading some horror stories but this is a great way to prove your case in the event that happens. Thank you! 💕
