New RC Rachel by Dewi. S Womens Shirt with Gather Waist Size Medium. I do not understand the tag, and am not sure if this shirt is a medium or a large. It feels like silk. Has a metal butterfly attached at the bottom of the v-neck. I think it is Indian made. It is a pretty burgundy with lighter streaks running through it. The chest measures 21 inches across, the waist is 14 inches with elastic to 22 inches and the length is 30 inches. Any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Colors may vary from your screens.
