RBG-inspired dissent collar necklace

I'm selling a beautiful dissent collar necklace that I received as a gift. New in box and never been worn because I actually already had one! wood and rhinestone design with a gold-colored chain. Here's the description from the artist: "The Notorious Dissent Collar Pendant Necklace is laser cut and engraved. The pendant is embellished with 2mm AB crystals. The well-known Dissent Collar worn by Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg is the inspiration for the design of this pendant. It is ~2" wide by ~ 2 - 3/16" high and is mounted on an ~18" long, 2mm by 3mm link chain in a gold-tone color, with a lobster claw clasp. There is a secondary jump ring that will shorten the chain to ~16" overall to add versatility in order to work with your wardrobe. The Notorious Dissent Collar Pendant Necklace is made from fine, satin-finished walnut hardwood. This pendant has a nice feel and is light in weight.
