Two small air holes on inside instep for breathable circulation. Leather lined insoles are lightly padded with good arch support. Sculpted silver 4" stiletto heel. Sueded leather soles with goldtone logo stud. Size 6 Includes individual dust bags and the original box. There are a few tiny, very faint mars on the clear vinyl that are almost impossible to see.
