RARE VTG 1950s paper skirt with tassel design HP🥳

Very rare vintage Rattet & Son 1950s paper skirt with gold and black tassel design It’s absolutely fantastic!!!!! It’s been hanging in a closet for 60 years Only issue is button at waistband is missing but the zipper works I’d keep it but my waist isn’t that tiny😥 Waist is 24” Length is 33”
