A rare Josefa Diseño ribbon dress. Made in the 70’s in her cotoure shop. Excellent vintage condition. Ribbons have some fraying at ends but otherwise great condition and stain free. Cotton dress with silk ribbons, a half zipper down the front and bell sleeves. One size fits many!
