This Little White Smocked Dress by Feltman Brothers is Heavenly!! This particular smocking and embroidery design is RARE and no longer produced making it a SPECIAL FIND. The all white Heirloom dress is done in a poly cotton fabric for easy care. A Peter Pan collar is trimmed with a delicate white French lace. The short puff sleeves are banded and have the same white lace trim. The bodice is fully smocked in an accordion design with varied horizontal Chevron rows that look like hearts where they join. In between are hand-embroidered white bullion daisies and leaves. The white on white is gorgeous. The top and bottom of the Chevron rows are bordered with a white chain stitch embroidery.
