RARE! Vtg Ornate Red Plaster Shoe Planter Frilly Black Bow, Roses & Gold Accents

Dimensions: approximately 11.75" long x 4" wide x 6.5" tall Weight: 3+ lbs Colors: red, black, gold, white This vintage plaster Victorian shoe planter is so cool and definitely makes a statement! It's hand painted a deep red with raised gold rose accents and a black frilly bow. A green plant, such as John Creech or angelina sedum, would pop against the red. This is a heavy piece that cannot be bundled with other items. It is unmarked. Condition: Very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are some small areas where the red paint has worn away close to the heel of the shoe and on the inside of the tongue. The underside of the shoe is scuffed from shelf wear, and the inside of the shoe shows dirt from the last plant that was in it. This Victorian shoe planter is a lovely standout piece! Crosslisted.
