RARE Vintage s. howard hirsch california blouse

this is a RARE vintage (circa 1960s) S. Howard Hirsch California blouse. Since these were limited there is not much information on size or material, however I am a large and it fit me perfectly. It has a ruffled collar all the way around with a bow front and center, and ruffled cuffs on the sleeves. Bow has a snap, and the rest of the shirt buttons down the front. It is very sheer, possibly a rayon type material but not flowy, more stiff. there is one small tear on the left ruffled cuff which is shown in the picture, I am not experienced in fixing it so I prefer to sell it for less like this if someone else is good at it. I am including a picture of me when I wore it so you can get a better idea of the look and the fit.
