Great Vintage piece with light signs of wear. approximately 12.5" tall, not including handle height.  Vintage woven basket hat/wig box, likely from the 1960s, featuring white and gold-tone plastic or vinyl weaving and a beaded handle.  This style is often associated with vintage accessories from Hong Kong.  Has a beaded top handle and a latch closure with a decorative emblem. The material is a combination of woven plastic/vinyl and gold-tone accents.
