RARE Vintage Steubenville Pottery "PROVINCETOWN" Oval Serving Platter USA 14x12"

Lovely Rare Vintage Steubenville Pottery Co. Oval Platter in Provincetown Pattern. Circa 1950s. Discontinued. Made in the USA. Creamy off-white background. Lovely pattern featuring a circle of flora with a greenish yellow colonial house on one end opposite a large urn of flowers on the other. Very striking. Subtle color palette of chartreuse and forest green. Glazed finish, with crazing visible under bright light consistent with age. Edge is flattened at opposing ends for easier grasping and carrying. Measures 14 inches long, handle to handle and is 11 3/4 inches at widest point. In wonderful condition, ( on bottom side near rim there are small fleabite type chips not visible from the top). Also a manufacturer flaw under glaze. Please note photos 7-10.
