RARE Vintage Solid 10K Ruby Heart Earring and Charm Set

This is an incredibly rare trio!!! I cannot find anything like these. Given to me by my grandmother- I do not wear yellow gold so I promised her I would find someone to enjoy these. The setting is very unique- one prong and one lip suspend these over the intricate setting. Add the charm to a charm bracelet or a gold chain. I do not have the original backs to the earrings but will send with backs.
