RARE Vintage Rubie's Full Length Cape (41 in.) - NOS Vampire Halloween Costume

This is a 41 inch RARE vintage Masquerade Cape with a Stand up Collar and it is flame retardant. It is from Rubies, Style no 1533B- Black. It is one size fits all. It is from 1984. This is new in the bag but the bottom of the bag is open. It does not appear to have been removed from the bag at all though. Great for a vampire costume or other cape needing costume.
