Hadson chinaware, marked "Made in Occupied Japan," dating it between 1945 & 1952. Due to its age there is some ware. The sugar bowl does have a chip on the inside of the lid (this is captured in the photos) It cannot be seen from the outside.
Other than some minimal fading that is the only callout.
Set includes 5 saucers, 5 cups, cream and sugar with lid. For a total of 13 pieces.
"China" is often used as a general term for ceramic tableware, but in the context of manufacturing and collecting, it usually refers to porcelain. Hadson China, produced during this period, is generally considered to be porcelain.
