Fabulous, Funky & Fun! Not to mention, COMPLETELY RARE (I've never seen another). Betsey Johnson Maroon/ Burgundy Colored Velvet Jacket with Black Feather Boa-like trim. Worn only once. Very good conditions. Feathers shed a bit (but they always did!)
