This vintage 80s Chloe pencil skirt from Elizabeth Arden, and in Arden's signature red, is stunning. This skirt is minimal but filled with style. Details include front pockets (not on the side) and a double band high waist. Fully lined and back zipper. No size tags, so please see measurements. This skirt was a little too large on my extra-small mannequin. Color- Red Waist- 13 inches laying flat Hips- 16 inches laying flat Length- 23 inches Excellent Used Condition- This vintage skirt is in remarkable condition. There are no material or size tags but otherwise, this skirt has no flaws. The red is still very vibrant.
