RARE Vintage 1970's Umbrella Tartan Plaid -NORMA LEGGE 1973 - 100% Cotton Unique The inside tag says: 100% COTONE (Cotton) Wooden Handle A NORMA LEGGE N. 883 DEL 26-11-73 MADE IN ITALY The "Norma Di Legge No. 883 (26/11/1973)" refers to Italy's fiber/textile content labelling law , effective on November 11, 1973. Condition: Pre-Owned Vintage. The fabric button closure is a bit frayed. There was a shoulder carrying strap at one time, and I do not have that. There are no rips or holes in the cotton; it's in good condition. This is a lovely Vintage piece.
