*RARE* VTG Dept 56 M&M's Chocolate Candy Factory Lighted House w/Dish + M&M Tree

Extremely rare, very difficult to find, especially brand new. Brand new and in the box. It was sealed, I broke the seal to verify that it was in fact new. Perfect condition everything still in the original plastic and foam Boxes in very good shape please see pictures for any tiny signs of wear and tear. This box has been stored for 21 years in a finished basement bedroom. There is a slight musky/smoky odor that may or may not be detectable to anybody else.
