RARE Tiffany & Co circa 2008 diamond and platinum tiny square cross necklace 16"

This necklace is from 2008, so is very hard to find. The pendant measures 7mm. While it's mini, the 5 diamonds are super bright so it really sparkles, which is why I've been holding onto it for all this time even though I haven't worn white gold/platinum jewelry for well over a decade (been wearing exclusively yellow gold). I've posted this, had seller's remorse, removed it, repeated that a couple times, and am now finally ready to part with it. Chain measures 16". The metal bar by the clasp has 'PT 950' on one side and 'Tiffany & Co.' on the other. The pendant itself has 'T & Co.' and 'PT 950'. To the best of my measuring abilities, the diamonds are about 2 mm each, which equals roughly 0.03 carat x 5 so total is roughly 0.15 carat. Again, that's just an estimate to give you an idea of the size.
