RARE Tiffany & Co. 18K Yellow Gold Diamond Letter W Rectangular Tag Charm

These are so dear; and so incredibly rare these days. Crafted in 18K yellow gold; round brilliant diamonds. Has just returned from Tiffany’s service center in NYC where it was polished and cleaned. Excellent condition overall. Minor discoloration on the back of the charm - see picture 5. Nothing else to note. Comes with the packaging pictured in the last photo. Always authentic.
