This is a Paloma dress in a rare lavender, green, and gold thistle overall print bordered in a pale lavender solid. The print is very detailed and a most subtle than many of her designs. Sur Sartor dresses are made from a patchwork of cotton fabrics that are hand block printed for her in India with natural dyes. Due to this unique production process no two garments are alike and there are variations in the printing, lending them an elegant bohemian vibe. They get better with age, as collectors will attest.
