RARE Static white midi dress with black velour floral pattern

Gently worn a few times, this stunning rare piece is in perfect condition. The fabric tag is missing but it feels like viscose. The velour flowers are laid on top so there’s a mixed media effect, the cut is A-line with slight ruching at the bodice giving you the idea you should be wearing this dress, running through a meadow.
