RARE Smocked Blue Heirloom Dress Feltman Brothers Size 24 Month NWOT

This Heirloom Smocked Dress is a Classic!! The dress is a light Blue Hue with a deeper blue and white embroidery. The traditional style has a Peter Pan collar trimmed in a matching piping which is attached by hand-faggoting (a high end stitch). The bodice is fully smocked with three rows of blue and white done in a Chevron Pattern. and Gorgeous white floral garlands adorn each side of the middle row. The garlands have white with blue centered French bullion rosebuds.The short puff sleeves have a matching 1/2 inch band trim, followed by a 1/4 " trim which is also hand-faggoted. The back of the dress has a wide yoke with a three button closure of sweet pearlized white buttons. Beautiful little dress by Feltman Brothers (a high quality, fine children's apparel).
