RARE Smocked Blue Dress Embroidery Vintage Feltman Brothers 2T

This AMAZING Heirloom Vintage Feltman Brothers' Blue Smocked Dress is most adorable! The dress in done in a lovely pale Blue hue with just a touch of Aqua. The sweet Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a dainty embroidered scalloped lace that is attached with hand-faggoted stitching (very high-end detail).The short puff sleeves are banded at the hem and have a matching scalloped embroidered lace. Sleeves can be turned up for a sweet cuff or worn down for a different look. The entire bodice is smocked with a gorgeous lattice design with three double horizontal rows of Blue embroidery. White Petite French bullion rosebuds with Blue centers are embroidered just above two of the horizontal rows. The upper back is fully smocked also in an accordion smocking with a double embroidered Blue border where the skirt gathers. The dress has an upper button/loop closure.
