RARE RUSTIC FARMHOUSE CHICKEN ROOSTER KITCHEN OFFICE WOOD MEMO NOTE CHALKBOARD

This is a RUSTIC FARMHOUSE ROOSTER CHICKEN CHALKBOARD. This is VERY RARE and the ONLY ONE on EBAY!! ADORABLE Chicken at the top is like a tin metal and has the chicken parts labeled on it. It is encased in a wood frame and has the chalkboard in the center. Measures approximately 28"L (from top to bottom) by 11 3/4"W (at widest point...from left to right) by 2 1/2" deep (at deepest part.) Best to use chalk on this...as stated on the back label. It was briefly used in a pantry before we added shelves and it will not fit. It comes from a non-smoking home. Pictures of actual item.
