RARE: Pink & Red tie front plus midi dress

Beautiful, limited edition (& sold out), hot pink and reddish color tie front midi dress from the Tabitha Brown collection for Target. Only tried it on. I love it, but it actually runs true to size, so a little big on me. I assumed it would run small. Great, lightweight fabric for summer.
