@edaj7 hi! The dress is brand new with tags, so no flaws. It’s a nice, substantial fabric (not paper thin like a lot of the dresses from fast fashion brands, or like a lot of polo dresses), and it does have a degree of stretch due to the viscose and elastane in it (though it’s definitely not super stretchy). It’s a great piece. Feel free to ask any more questions!
