Absolutely stunning dress by Twentyone which was an exclusive collection for Forever 21. Never got a chance to wear it now sadly too small. Has been in plastic hanging since. Recently dry cleaned to refresh so it’s ready to wear. Slip over head style, sleeveless. Ruffle neckline with two fabric covered buttons at back. Lined for no show through. This is silk so fabric doesn’t stretch.
