*RARE* Metropolitan Opera Store Jacket - Inspired by Designs for The Magic Flute

SOLD OFFLINE This is a FABULOUS kimono-style designer jacket/coat with one fastener halfway down the front center. Deep dark blue base with flowers and other unique swirling designs on top, in flaming orange, bright lavendar, sunflower yellow, and assorted shades of green. Dark blue lining. This is very rare--if not unique--statement piece that will definitely stand out in a crowd! I don't think you are likely to find this item anywhere else right now, as the Metropolitan Opera store is always updating its pieces and it's not easy to find the older ones, which are all limited edition. For the artistically inclined, fun fact: the design was inspired by Marc Chagall's designs for a production of Mozart's opera The Magic Flute in 1967. century.
