This is an AUTHENTIC RARE MACKENZIE CHILDS Turtle Tureen. RARE! This is RETIRED and NO LONGER AVAILABLE. LOVELY FLUTED RUFFLED design to the turtle's shell/lid on this piece! The top has a beautiful harlequin design and the footed turtle base has a charming design. This is ceramic and HANDMADE in Aurora, NY and HAND-PAINTED. CLASSIC and WONDERFUL addition to any table!! It is comprised of 3 pieces. The lid is the turtle's shell, the base is the bottom of the turtle, and the tail and is the serving spoon. There is no damage to the pieces. Hand washing is recommended.
