RARE LaROK (pre-Ace & Jig) Blue and Woven Stripe Pinafore Dress

Before Ace & Jig, designers Cary Vaughan and Jenna Wilson collaborated on a clothing company called LaROK. This is a piece they crafted for the very trendy Intermix boutique in SoHo. This absolutely adorable pinafore minidress is a hint of what was to come for Cary and Jenna: A gorgeous, multicolored, textural woven textile, hand-made detail like the stitched leather buttons, and a cute silhouette for summer. Other features include a zipper/hook up the center of the back, adjustable straps with multiple button-holes (front and back), a ruffled hem, POCKETS, and a flowy fit. No belt included, but looks great belted--or just flowing free! It's hard to let this one go--it really is a special dress. Excellent used condition, hand-washed and line-dried. Approx.
