This is a super rare and special dress! Worn once! Navy with White Sea gulls and white polka dots. Elastic upper back. Bow in back, bow tie wraps around from front of dress. One small flaw, the string thread on right side for the bow to thread through came loose on one end. It’s just a string to hold bow at waist so easy fix! Please don’t low ball, I love this dress but too small 😭
